poste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En d\u2019autres termes, d\u00e9finir en amont une offre d\u2019emploi pr\u00e9cise participe grandement \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lisation d\u2019un salari\u00e9 car elle r\u00e9duit, voire \u00e9limine, les possibles d\u00e9calages entre les attentes par rapport \u00e0 un poste et ses missions r\u00e9elles.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien d\u00e9finir une offre d\u2019emploi c\u2019est donc la cl\u00e9 pour esp\u00e9rer toucher le profil qui convient le mieux et par la suite le garder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il convient par cons\u00e9quent de bien d\u00e9finir :\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le profil souhait\u00e9 de candidat<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les comp\u00e9tences attendues pour le poste<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les besoins inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est important <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de prendre le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour cette Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel qui \u00e9num\u00e8re les comp\u00e9tences requises pour un poste donn\u00e9. De ce fait, chaque phase doit comporter un objectif pr\u00e9cis r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi en amont : \u00e9valuation d\u2019une comp\u00e9tence technique, qualification du candidat ou encore analyse de sa personnalit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Car quel est l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de poser les m\u00eames questions au candidat \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du recrutement ? Le risque est d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s lors des \u00e9changes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ! Un candidat qui trouve les \u00e9tapes r\u00e9barbatives se lassera assez vite et cela risque de nuire \u00e0 son exp\u00e9rience candidat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour affiner ce processus, il est judicieux de <strong>mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi<\/strong>, par exemple <strong>des taux d\u2019abandon<\/strong> ou <strong>de conversion<\/strong> \u00e0 une \u00e9tape pr\u00e9cise afin d\u2019avoir une meilleure visibilit\u00e9. Les comp\u00e9tences de ces profils \u00ab\u00a0cols bleus\u00a0\u00bb ne sont souvent pas assez \u00e9valu\u00e9s.
