Un investissement consid\u00e9rable qui soul\u00e8ve pourtant une question fondamentale : comment savoir si cet argent est bien d\u00e9pens\u00e9 ?<\/p><p>Certes, selon le CDIFP, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cidfp.fr\/chiffres-cles-et-tendances-de-la-formation-professionnelle-en-france-un-panorama-detaille\/\">85% des salari\u00e9s form\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent que leur formation a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur performance<\/a>.<\/p><p>Pourtant, cette impression positive ne constitue plus une r\u00e9ponse suffisante. Le foss\u00e9 demeure consid\u00e9rable entre un commentaire bienveillant \u00e9chang\u00e9 au d\u00e9tour d&rsquo;un couloir et la preuve tangible d&rsquo;un retour sur investissement mesurable.<br \/>Cette probl\u00e9matique d\u00e9passe largement le cadre du sempiternel questionnaire de satisfaction, remis machinalement en cl\u00f4ture de session.<\/p><p>Mesurer l&rsquo;impact r\u00e9el d&rsquo;une formation rel\u00e8ve d&rsquo;abord d&rsquo;une approche strat\u00e9gique d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e. Cette d\u00e9marche offre la possibilit\u00e9 :<\/p><ul><li>de <strong>synchroniser les initiatives de d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong> avec les priorit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques de l&rsquo;entreprise<\/li><li>de <strong>l\u00e9gitimer les enveloppes budg\u00e9taires formation<\/strong> face aux instances dirigeantes<\/li><li>d&rsquo;<strong>affiner progressivement l&rsquo;efficience des programmes d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans ce contexte, quels d\u00e9fis v\u00e9ritables soul\u00e8ve l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des dispositifs de formation ? Quelles approches et instruments s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent les plus pertinents sur le terrain ? Les entreprises fran\u00e7aises doivent s&rsquo;assurer que <strong>leurs investissements formation produisent des r\u00e9sultats concrets et contribuent effectivement au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir.<\/p><p>Pour les organismes de formation, cette obligation prend une tournure encore plus concr\u00e8te en 2025. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.centre-inffo.fr\/site-centre-inffo\/actualites-centre-inffo\/le-quotidien-de-la-formation-actualite-formation-professionnelle-apprentissage\/articles-2025\/cpf-un-tournant-dans-le-controle-de-la-qualite-de-laction-de-formation\">La Caisse des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts d\u00e9ploie un dispositif d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation<\/a><\/strong> avec un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel strict de 17 crit\u00e8res et une campagne de 1 000 audits. En mesurant l&rsquo;impact r\u00e9el sur <a href=\"https:\/\/e-testing.fr\/fr\/quelle-difference-entre-les-hard-skills-et-soft-skills\/\">les hards skills et softs skills<\/a> et la performance des offres de formations en ligne ou en pr\u00e9sentiel, les responsables formation ajustent leurs programmes pour qu&rsquo;ils r\u00e9pondent aux besoins op\u00e9rationnels du moment.<\/p><p>Fini le temps des formations \u00ab\u00a0gadget\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; chaque action de d\u00e9veloppement devient<strong> un investissement cibl\u00e9 au service de la mission globale de l&rsquo;organisation<\/strong>.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un contexte de guerre des talents, <strong>l&rsquo;impact des actions propos\u00e9es dans le catalogue de formation devient aussi un argument de fid\u00e9lisation redoutable<\/strong>.
