La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019adapter, \u00e0 apprendre en continu et \u00e0 \u00e9voluer dans des environnements complexes, devient essentielle.<\/p><p><br \/>Mais que recouvrent r\u00e9ellement les comp\u00e9tences du futur\u2009? Comment distinguer une tendance passag\u00e8re d\u2019un changement de fond\u2009? Ce qu\u2019il faut rechercher et encourager, ce sont des profils capables d\u2019apprendre, de s\u2019adapter et de recommencer. Elles se r\u00e9partissent plut\u00f4t en trois registres qu\u2019il faut apprendre \u00e0 articuler.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Les comp\u00e9tences techniques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9voluent au rythme des outils, des m\u00e9tiers et des enjeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 : automatisation, cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, IA, transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, etc. Elles restent le socle d\u2019une expertise \u00e0 un instant donn\u00e9, mais leur dur\u00e9e de vie s\u2019amenuise.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u200b\u200b<\/span><b>Les comp\u00e9tences humaines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, souvent regroup\u00e9es sous le terme de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/e-testing.fr\/fr\/softskills-tests-de-personnalite\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soft skills<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, renvoient \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 interagir, comprendre, convaincre, coop\u00e9rer. Intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, pens\u00e9e critique, communication claire, sens du collectif : ce sont elles qui soutiennent la dynamique d\u2019\u00e9quipe et la prise de d\u00e9cision dans l\u2019incertitude.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019adaptation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> englobent l\u2019aptitude \u00e0 apprendre, d\u00e9sapprendre, g\u00e9rer le changement, \u00e9voluer en autonomie. On y trouve l\u2019agilit\u00e9 intellectuelle, l\u2019auto-organisation, la curiosit\u00e9 ou encore la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre du recul. Elles tendent plut\u00f4t \u00e0 s\u2019hybrider :<\/p><ul><li>un d\u00e9veloppeur doit savoir expliquer son travail \u00e0 un public non technique,<\/li><li>un manager doit comprendre les enjeux technologiques,<\/li><li>un chef de projet doit ma\u00eetriser l\u2019art de s\u2019exprimer \u00e0 l\u2019oral tout autant que celui des outils.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-260a757 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"260a757\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Une nouvelle d\u00e9finition de la comp\u00e9tence : apprendre \u00e0 apprendre<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-205927d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"205927d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand les m\u00e9tiers \u00e9voluent plus vite que les formations initiales, seule la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 apprendre, d\u00e9sapprendre et r\u00e9apprendre permet de rester dans la course.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apprendre \u00e0 apprendre constitue donc bien plus qu\u2019une aptitude : c\u2019est une \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9ta-comp\u00e9tence\u00a0\u00bb, qui m\u00eale savoirs, attitudes et strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est aussi dans cet esprit que le l\u00e9gislateur a instaur\u00e9 la notion de formation tout au long de la vie (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000046774796\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">art. De nombreux secteurs sont concern\u00e9s : construction, industrie, logistique, \u00e9nergie, agriculture, finance.<\/p><p><br \/>Ce changement cr\u00e9e alors de nouveaux besoins :<\/p><ul><li>comprendre les impacts environnementaux de son activit\u00e9<\/li><li>int\u00e9grer des crit\u00e8res RSE dans les d\u00e9cisions<\/li><li>anticiper les r\u00e9gulations futures.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Selon l\u2019ADEME, <a href=\"https:\/\/infos.ademe.fr\/lettre-strategie-juillet-2022\/les-effets-de-la-transition-ecologique-sur-lemploi\/\">la transition \u00e9cologique pourrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 900\u2009000 emplois en France d\u2019ici 2050<\/a>. Concr\u00e8tement, cela se traduit par une forte demande de comp\u00e9tences dans l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la gestion des ressources ou encore l\u2019\u00e9coconception.<\/p><p>Mais ces comp\u00e9tences dites \u201cvertes\u201d ne concernent pas uniquement des m\u00e9tiers techniques.
