Dans le cadre de recrutements volumineux, les recruteurs ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement recours aux Assessment Centers, car il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;une des m\u00e9thodes les plus efficaces pour trier et s\u00e9lectionner des candidats parmi un grand nombre.
