Un candidat postule \u00e0 une offre d\u2019emploi et re\u00e7oit un e-mail de confirmation. Une ou deux semaines passent, et toujours aucune r\u00e9ponse de la part de l\u2019entreprise. Le candidat se sent frustr\u00e9 et d\u00e9sempar\u00e9, puis passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;action. Il se plaint \u00e0 sa famille, \u00e0 ses amis ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues. Pire encore, il peut m\u00eame \u00e9crire une critique virulente sur le profil Glassdoor de l\u2019entreprise. Dans tous les cas, son attitude \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de l\u2019entreprise et de sa marque employeur est d\u00e9sormais n\u00e9gative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le recrutement est un processus, il comprend diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes telles que le sourcing, le screening, l\u2019\u00e9valuation des comp\u00e9tences et des qualifications, les entretiens, l&#8217;embauche et l&rsquo;onboarding. L\u2019interaction d&rsquo;un candidat avec votre entreprise lors de chacune de ces \u00e9tapes fa\u00e7onne son exp\u00e9rience globale. Cela signifie que l\u2019employeur doit offrir une exp\u00e9rience exceptionnelle \u00e0 chacune de ces \u00e9tapes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>L&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;offrir une exp\u00e9rience positive aux candidats lors d\u2019un recrutement<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon Matt Charney, r\u00e9dacteur en chef de Recruiting Daily et influenceur cl\u00e9 dans le domaine du recrutement, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience candidat est plus qu&rsquo;un simple terme \u00e0 la mode. C&rsquo;est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui se produit lors de chaque recrutement de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique, ind\u00e9pendamment de l\u2019attention qu\u2019on y pr\u00eate. Et cette exp\u00e9rience candidat renferme potentiellement de lourdes cons\u00e9quences pour la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019entreprise qui la n\u00e9glige.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9gative des candidats peut d\u00e9truire votre entreprise<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9gative des candidats peut avoir un effet d\u00e9sastreux sur le processus de recrutement et sur le succ\u00e8s global de l\u2019entreprise. Selon diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes (Harris Interactive 2013, enqu\u00eate CareerBuilder, rapports CandE), les entreprises qui ne parviennent pas \u00e0 offrir une exp\u00e9rience candidat de qualit\u00e9 risquent de subir de lourdes cons\u00e9quences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les candidats m\u00e9contents sont d\u00e8s lors plus enclins \u00e0 rejeter les futures offres d&#8217;emploi et \u00e0 encourager d&rsquo;autres candidats \u00e0 ne pas postuler, faisant ainsi \u00e9chouer le processus de recrutement de l\u2019entreprise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais une exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9gative pour un candidat peut co\u00fbter bien plus que quelques candidats &#8211; elle peut m\u00eame faire perdre beaucoup d&rsquo;argent \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise ! Les candidats m\u00e9contents sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles de boycotter les produits de l\u2019entreprise et de faire passer le mot. L&rsquo;exemple le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre demeure celui de Virgin Media, ayant calcul\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience des candidats lui co\u00fbtait la bagatelle de 5,4 millions de dollars par an !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, selon les recherches de CareerArc, 72 % des candidats ayant v\u00e9cu une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience lors de leur recrutement en ont parl\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres, physiquement ou virtuellement. Dans le monde actuel des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, n\u00e9gliger l\u2019exp\u00e9rience candidat s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un pari risqu\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Une exp\u00e9rience candidat positive est un avantage concurrentiel certain pour l\u2019entreprise<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une exp\u00e9rience positive pour le candidat, en revanche, entra\u00eene d&rsquo;\u00e9normes b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur le long terme pour l\u2019employeur, que le candidat ait \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 ou non !<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon diff\u00e9rentes recherches et \u00e9tudes (enqu\u00eate CareerBuilder, rapports CandE), les candidats ayant v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience positive lors de leur recrutement seront plus susceptibles d&rsquo;accepter les futures offre d&#8217;emploi de l\u2019entreprise concern\u00e9e, de postuler \u00e0 nouveau et de recommander l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres personnes.
