En fonction du type de poste, <strong>les recruteurs recherchent la symbiose parfaite entre comp\u00e9tences douces et comp\u00e9tences techniques<\/strong>. De ce fait, les recruteurs tendent \u00e0 exiger davantage de comp\u00e9tences techniques pour des postes ax\u00e9s sur le relationnel. A contrario, les comp\u00e9tences douces sont de plus en plus exig\u00e9es pour des postes techniques. Ces deux types de comp\u00e9tences sont alors compl\u00e9mentaires.
