Occasionnant des retards importants sur les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances et un d\u00e9passement de budget presque syst\u00e9matique, les m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es ne permettaient pas de r\u00e9pondre au niveau de complexit\u00e9 des projets informatiques. La m\u00e9thode agile fut donc \u00e9labor\u00e9e pour parer ces \u00e9cueils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, ces experts informatiques propos\u00e8rent de d\u00e9finir les t\u00e2ches par petits groupes, sans projection lointaine. D\u00e8s lors qu\u2019une \u00e9tape \u00e9tait valid\u00e9e, il suffisait de d\u00e9finir la suivante. Le recruteur sera donc en mesure de <strong>retenir les candidats les plus aptes \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des collaborateurs sur le pont<\/strong>. Le manifeste stipule en effet \u201c<strong>les individus et leurs interactions plus que les processus et les outils<\/strong>\u201d. Ainsi, le capital humain occupe une place de premier rang au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Au sein des Ressources Humaines notamment, la m\u00e9thode agile a consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la productivit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes, mais \u00e9galement le bien-\u00eatre au travail.
