Cela s\u2019applique \u00e9galement \u00e0 ses points de vue politique, son appartenance religieuse ou ses activit\u00e9s syndicales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Or, le recruteur dispose d\u2019un droit \u00e0 la collecte d\u2019informations compl\u00e9mentaires, consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme utiles pour :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gestion administrative des employ\u00e9s (personnes \u00e0 contacter en cas d\u2019urgence, d\u00e9tention d\u2019un permis B, etc)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019organisation du travail (photo de profil n\u00e9cessaire aux documents administratifs, aux documents internes, etc)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les actions sociales (d\u00e9clarations pour la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale, etc)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui peut consulter et exploiter les informations RH au sein d\u2019une entreprise ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es personnelles des candidats et employ\u00e9s doit \u00eatre limit\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le cadre d\u2019un recrutement, seules les personnes en charge du recrutement et leurs adjuvants sont en droit d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux donn\u00e9es personnelles d\u2019un candidat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concernant la GPEC, seules les personnes en charge de la gestion du personnel et de l\u2019administration, peuvent acc\u00e9der aux informations relatives aux employ\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux et Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Entreprise peuvent disposer d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 certaines informations personnelles requises pour l\u2019exercice de leurs activit\u00e9s. Parmi ces donn\u00e9es personnelles, on retrouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le nom, la nationalit\u00e9 ou le poste occup\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux et Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Entreprise ne peuvent avoir acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es personnelles seulement si les personnes concern\u00e9es sont inform\u00e9es par l\u2019employeur et consentantes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces instances sont en mesure d\u2019envoyer des mails informatifs aux salari\u00e9s apr\u00e8s l\u2019aval de l\u2019employeur, mais sont tenues de respecter le souhait des employ\u00e9s de s\u2019y opposer.
