Bien s\u00fbr, le montant de tels co\u00fbts varie fortement en fonction du m\u00e9tier, du degr\u00e9 de responsabilit\u00e9, du salaire et du temps occup\u00e9 par le salari\u00e9. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le montant d\u2019une telle perte d\u2019argent pour l\u2019entreprise peut se d\u00e9composer en deux types de co\u00fbts : les co\u00fbts directs et indirects.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les co\u00fbts directs d\u2019une erreur de recrutement<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du salari\u00e9 intervient comme le premier co\u00fbt direct d\u2019un \u00e9chec de recrutement. Elle se compose du salaire, des primes et des avantages en nature. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prenons le cas d\u2019un recrutement r\u00e9el, une PME nantaise, s\u2019\u00e9tant tourn\u00e9e vers notre solution d\u2019\u00e9valuation en ligne \u00e0 la suite de cette m\u00e9saventure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2018, la PME d\u00e9cide d\u2019internaliser sa comptabilit\u00e9 en recrutant un comptable \u00e0 temps plein.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au bout de quelques mois, l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9c\u00e8le des \u00e9critures comptables erron\u00e9es, pr\u00e9sentant une non-conformit\u00e9 sur le plan juridique. Voyant ces erreurs se r\u00e9p\u00e9ter, l\u2019entreprise fait donc le choix de licencier le comptable, 8 mois apr\u00e8s son embauche. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 2250\u20ac par mois, soit 27 000\u20ac bruts annuels, le comptable co\u00fbte en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 3262\u20ac par mois compte tenu des charges patronales. Sur 8 mois, le comptable n\u2019aura co\u00fbt\u00e9 pas moins de 26 100\u20ac \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, uniquement sur sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, l\u2019entreprise devra d\u00e9bourser entre 400 et 1000 euros pour le sourcing des candidats, auquel viendront s\u2019ajouter le temps requis aux ressources humaines de l\u2019entreprise pour s\u00e9lectionner le bon profil. Si le recruteur ne dispose pas d&rsquo;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-testing.fr\/fr\/pourquoi-choisir-etesting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">outils de s\u00e9lection efficaces<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en interne, il se verra contraint de passer chaque CV au peigne et de rencontrer une multitude de profils pertinents lors d\u2019entretien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise peut \u00e9galement faire appel \u00e0 un cabinet de recrutement. Bien qu&rsquo;une telle solution lui octroie un gain de temps consid\u00e9rable, celle-ci devra d\u00e9bourser une coquette somme, c\u00f4toyant les 25% du salaire brut annuel de la future recrue.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, dans certains cas, l\u2019entreprise devra pr\u00e9voir un co\u00fbt de licenciement. Dans le cadre d\u2019une rupture de contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e, cas de figure commun \u00e0 beaucoup d&rsquo;erreurs de recrutement, l\u2019entreprise se verra dans l\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale de d\u00e9dommager le pr\u00e9judice caus\u00e9 au salari\u00e9 par une rupture unilat\u00e9rale en lui versant un certain montant. Ainsi, se rajoutent les \u00e9ventuels co\u00fbts de transport, d&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement, de nourriture ou alors les co\u00fbts relatifs aux sessions de team building, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, on recense les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019affaires perdues, la d\u00e9moralisation des \u00e9quipes, un \u00e9ventuel bouleversement organisationnel et la surcharge de travail entra\u00een\u00e9e par le d\u00e9part du salari\u00e9.
