Un commercial sera amen\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019impr\u00e9gner des codes de l\u2019entreprise pour vendre efficacement. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de ne pas n\u00e9gliger son onboarding dans un souci de productivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En amont de l\u2019onboarding, il sera n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9quipements et logiciels informatiques, une documentation compl\u00e8te sur l\u2019entreprise et ses produits ou services, les m\u00e9thodes commerciales et marketing utilis\u00e9es, sans oublier un \u00e9ventuel livret d\u2019accueil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois les pr\u00e9paratifs effectu\u00e9s, il sera important de r\u00e9aliser un planning avec, pour chaque \u00e9tape, une journ\u00e9e distincte.
