Les traits de personnalit\u00e9 sont ainsi \u00e9tudi\u00e9s avec attention, et peuvent parfois s\u2019av\u00e9rer d\u00e9terminants dans la r\u00e9tention d\u2019un candidat parmi d\u2019autres, pouvant \u00eatre \u00e9quivalents au niveau de leurs \u201ccomp\u00e9tences dures\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Or, quand bien m\u00eame les hard skills sont relativement faciles \u00e0 identifier et peuvent \u00eatre prouv\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce aux passages de tests sp\u00e9cifiques, les traits de personnalit\u00e9, en revanche, sont plus difficilement identifiables. C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019interviennent<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> les tests de personnalit\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019existe pas une \u00e9valuation de personnalit\u00e9 id\u00e9ale, ayant l\u2019omnipotence de d\u00e9terminer le savoir-\u00eatre d\u2019un candidat dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on omnisciente. Il en existe une multitude r\u00e9pondant au m\u00eame objectif, \u00e0 savoir : cerner la personnalit\u00e9 d\u2019un candidat, pour en mesurer l\u2019ad\u00e9quation avec le persona du poste donn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La v\u00e9racit\u00e9 d\u2019un tel test d\u00e9pendra bien \u00e9videmment de l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9 du candidat dans ses r\u00e9ponses, ainsi que du type de test. Ces comp\u00e9tences sont d\u00e9terminantes dans le sens o\u00f9 leur absence est syst\u00e9matiquement r\u00e9dhibitoire \u00e0 la faisabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9tier. Elles peuvent valider ou invalider la v\u00e9racit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences techniques \u00e9nonc\u00e9es sur le CV d\u2019un candidat, confirmer ou infirmer les bons dires d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rant.
