Relevant d\u2019une d\u00e9marche prospective, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participe \u00e0 la gestion du changement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a pour objectif d\u2019\u00e9tablir collectivement des solutions adapt\u00e9es aux probl\u00e9matiques RH de l\u2019entreprise, au travers d\u2019actions visant \u00e0 former et motiver les collaborateurs au changement. Elle doit consid\u00e9rer l\u2019ensemble des acteurs et s\u2019appliquer de fa\u00e7on coordonn\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019entreprise<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obligatoire pour les entreprises de plus de 300 salari\u00e9s, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peut se r\u00e9aliser sur trois niveaux : en interne, au sein m\u00eame de l\u2019entreprise, au niveau d\u2019une branche professionnelle ou au niveau du territoire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>L\u2019importance de la GPEC<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">constitue un point fondamental de la d\u00e9marche RSE d\u2019une entreprise, mais s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00e9galement fatidique pour sa bonne r\u00e9ussite strat\u00e9gique. Op\u00e9rant sur diff\u00e9rents leviers, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9pond \u00e0 de multiples enjeux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9pond en premier lieu \u00e0 un besoin purement humain. Elle se doit d\u2019ajuster les emplois aux changements inh\u00e9rents au m\u00e9tier, d\u2019encourager la polyvalence des collaborateurs et d\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">optimiser les processus de recrutement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin organisationnel, par une recherche d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la structure, de la production, des conditions de travail ou encore de la transmission des savoirs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin \u00e9conomique de l\u2019entreprise, visant l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de ce qui caract\u00e9rise son avantage comp\u00e9titif sur le march\u00e9 par l\u2019optimisation de son management et de ses ressources humaines. La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">doit ainsi d\u00e9boucher sur un gain de productivit\u00e9, de flexibilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Comment mettre en \u0153uvre la GPEC ?<\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Commencer par r\u00e9aliser un diagnostic d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de la situation pr\u00e9sente et future<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le but consiste \u00e0 faire un \u00e9tat des lieux des besoins en termes d\u2019emplois et de comp\u00e9tences. Ces besoins d\u00e9coulent de la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise. Ils peuvent relever d\u2019un d\u00e9calage entre les comp\u00e9tences actuelles et celles demand\u00e9es, ou tout simplement d\u2019une absence de comp\u00e9tences o\u00f9 d\u2019emplois. Il est \u00e9galement important d\u2019identifier les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">points forts<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">R\u00e9aliser un plan d\u2019action RH<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9coulant du diagnostic, le plan d\u2019action RH est sans doute la partie la plus importante de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il vise \u00e0 retenir les leviers les plus judicieux pour diminuer au maximum les d\u00e9calages d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en amont et ainsi planifier les actions \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La planification des actions de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peut se r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un diagramme GANTT, pratique pour lister les t\u00e2ches dans le d\u00e9tail, \u00e9tablir leur dur\u00e9e et les d\u00e9lais impartis.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333333;\">R\u00e9aliser un bilan subs\u00e9quent \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des actions de la GPEC<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois la mise en application des actions de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il est imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019\u00e9tablir un bilan \u00e0 la fois quantitatif et qualitatif. Ce bilan doit d\u00e9couler sur une analyse visant la pr\u00e9conisation d\u2019actions correctives si n\u00e9cessaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h2>Les limites de la GPEC et ses mauvaises pratiques<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est un outil indispensable pour la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises. Cependant, c\u2019est une d\u00e9marche qui co\u00fbte cher et qui n\u2019est pas exempte de mauvaises pratiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partie int\u00e9grante de la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GPEC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sourcing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est encore mal appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 par beaucoup d\u2019entreprises. Un bon <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sourcing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est devenu d\u00e9terminant pour d\u00e9nicher de nouveaux talents, surtout dans les m\u00e9tiers nouveaux o\u00f9 les comp\u00e9tences demand\u00e9es s\u2019av\u00e8rent de plus en plus sp\u00e9cifiques. Le <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">talent acquisition<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> manager poss\u00e8de des comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles et analytiques qui visent \u00e0 optimiser le processus de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recrutement<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fiche de poste mal r\u00e9dig\u00e9e, une mauvaise \u00e9valuation des candidats peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer d\u00e9sastreux pour l\u2019entreprise.
